What is the contract term?
By default, the contract is concluded for an indefinite period. However, if required, we can specify any fixed term with the option of renewal
Can I change my plan while using the platform?
You can change your plan at any time while using the platform, with no restrictions when upgrading to a higher-tier plan.
However, if you wish to downgrade from the Premium plan to the Optimal or Basic plan, you must notify us at least two months prior to the planned downgrade.
Is there a test environment for pilot launch and transition to production?
Yes, a test environment is available, but only with the Optimal and Premium plans
How long does it take to launch the B2B portal after signing the contract?
Typically, a full launch of the B2B portal takes up to three days; however, if there are specific requirements or custom tasks, the timeline may be extended
Is it possible to request custom modifications for my B2B portal?
Yes, of course. For the Premium plan, any custom development is provided free of charge. For the Basic and Optimal plans, the cost of custom development is $70 per hour
Do we need a dedicated specialist to manage and maintain the B2B portal?
If you are using the Basic plan, then yes, as this plan requires you to manage the portal and update its content independently. Companies using the Optimal and Premium plans do not need to keep such a specialist on staff, as our team will handle all administration and content management of the B2B portal
Can the B2B portal be customized to match our company’s brand style?
Yes. Your company logo will be displayed on your B2B portal. In addition, the Premium plan allows you to apply your corporate colors to the design of the user accounts
Can multiple employees be connected to one portal?
Yes. You can create an unlimited number of employee accounts with different access permissions
